Before that, one of the plastic hummers stopped working,, which I guess was a harbinger of things to come, right? By the way, it was not hanging in the full force of the elements, but rather under on an eave protected by a tree. I should also note that I purchased another such lighted solar wind chime at about the same time which cost less, that is still going strong, and it IS in the full force of the elements.

I figure that’s normal since the lights are out in all weather. (I bring them in during winter.) For the price, I don’t expect to get more than 3 years out of them.
